At The Barn At Berryfields, we’re committed to making every visit as comfortable, welcoming and accessible as possible.

Our on-site car park includes clearly marked disabled parking bays, with level access and a ramp leading into the building, making arrival straightforward for wheelchair users, mobility aids and pushchairs.

All areas of the site - including our Hotel, Restaurant, Garden & Tepee and Events Barn - offer step-free access and are designed to be easy to navigate. Each area also includes an accessible disabled toilet with baby-changing facilities, and our dining spaces can accommodate spacious table layouts where required.

Our A La Carte Restaurant is located on the first floor; however, a lift is available so all guests can access the restaurant comfortably and independently.

The Garden & Tepee area has been carefully planned with level pathways and step-free routes throughout, ensuring it is fully accessible. Our Events Barn is also entirely step-free and accessible to all guests.

Guide dogs and registered assistance dogs are very welcome across the site.

Our team receives ongoing training to ensure they are confident and attentive when supporting guests with additional needs.
