Lovingly grown in our
Kitchen Garden for our A La Carte Restaurant and Farm Shop, Bakery & Cafe
All of our dishes celebrate handmade, home-reared, home-grown and locally sourced ingredients.
We have our very own 2-acre Kitchen Garden and 1,800 sqft polytunnel, where we grow our herbs, fruits, vegetables and salad items. Managed by our Kitchen Garden Manager, Jola.
As the seasons allow, we harvest these daily as the different crops allow and use all of this produce in our dishes across our A La Carte Restaurant and Farm Shop Bakery & Cafe.
Additional fruits & vegetables are locally grown & sourced from independent farmers.
We grow everything from multiple varieties of herbs and edible flowers, little gem lettuce, strawberries, tomatoes, runner beans, garlic, chillies and every root vegetable imaginable. Some also end up garnishing our cocktails and topping our desserts!
