Father Christmas Experience in Meriden near Coventry & Solihull
A festive family experience on our farm, with a live Elf Show, real reindeer, hands-on Christmas activities and your own private visit with Father Christmas.
Join us at The Barn At Berryfields in Meriden this December for around 90 minutes of festive family fun inside our giant Events Barn.
Children will enjoy a live 15-minute Elf Show, decorate their own handmade gingerbread biscuit, write their letter to Father Christmas, make a wish on our Wishing Tree, see our real reindeer and enjoy a private family visit with Father Christmas before choosing their own present from the Elf Workshop.

What is included in the Father Christmas Experience?
Your Father Christmas Experience includes a live 15-minute Elf Show, decorating your own handmade gingerbread biscuit, making a wish on our Wishing Tree, writing a letter to Father Christmas, seeing our real reindeer, a private family visit with Father Christmas and a trip to our Elf Workshop, where every paid child can choose their own present.
Eco-Skating, food and drinks are available separately.
When is the Father Christmas Experience taking place in 2026?
Our Father Christmas Experience takes place on 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th and 19th–23rd December 2026.
Arrival sessions begin from 10am, with a limited number of guests admitted to each session.
How long does the experience last?
Please allow approximately 90 minutes for your Father Christmas Experience. Food, drinks and Eco-Skating are available separately and can extend your visit.
Where is the Father Christmas Experience?
The Father Christmas Experience takes place at The Barn At Berryfields, Berryfields Farm, Berkswell Road, Meriden, Coventry, CV7 7LB. We're in Meriden between Coventry and Solihull, with easy access from Birmingham, Balsall Common, Kenilworth and the surrounding Warwickshire area. Free parking is available on site.
Is our visit with Father Christmas private?
Yes. Each family enjoys their own private visit with Father Christmas inside one of our festive grottos rather than meeting him as part of a large group.
This gives children the opportunity to speak to Father Christmas with their own family before continuing to our Elf Workshop.
Does every child receive a present?
Every paid Child ticket includes a present.
After meeting Father Christmas, children receive a magical token which they can exchange in our Elf Workshop, where they can choose their own gift from the available selection.
What does a Babe-in-Arms ticket include?
Babe-in-Arms tickets cost £7.50.
Babe-in-Arms guests do not receive a standard Elf Workshop gift. Instead, they will receive their own soft toy as part of their visit.
Families attending with a Babe-in-Arms ticket will also be prioritised through the Father Christmas stage of the experience to make the visit as comfortable as possible for very young children.
Can we see the reindeer?
Yes. Our real reindeer form part of the Father Christmas Experience and can be seen during your festive journey through the Events Barn.
For 2026, our reindeer are viewing-only and cannot be fed or handled.
As with all of our animals, their involvement is always subject to their health and welfare.
Is Eco-Skating included?
No. Eco-Skating is available separately and is not included within your Father Christmas Experience ticket.
Families can add skating to their Christmas visit separately, subject to availability.
What age is the experience suitable for?
The experience is designed primarily with younger children in mind and is generally most suitable for children up to around 8–9 years old.
Older children are very welcome to attend, particularly when visiting as part of a family group.
Do we need to book in advance?
Yes. We strongly recommend booking your Father Christmas Experience in advance.
Each session is limited to a maximum of 80 guests to help us provide a more comfortable and enjoyable experience, and popular dates and arrival times may sell out.
What time should we arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked arrival time to allow time to park, make your way to the Events Barn, check in, and grab a drink.
Your experience begins with our live Elf Show, so arriving late may mean missing part of the show or the beginning of your festive journey.
Is the Father Christmas Experience indoors?
Yes. The Father Christmas Experience takes place inside our heated giant Events Barn at The Barn At Berryfields.
As it is a large agricultural-style events space, we recommend dressing appropriately for the December weather.
Is food and drink available?
Yes. Festive street food and drinks will be available to purchase separately from our adjoining food and bar area.
Hot food, children's options, hot and cold drinks and drinks from our fully stocked bar will be available during the event.
Is there free parking?
Yes. Free on-site parking is available at The Barn At Berryfields throughout your visit.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your booked session to give yourself enough time to park and check in.
