Preparing And Sharing Local Food...


All of our dishes celebrate home-grown & locally sourced ingredients.
Our pork dishes are lovingly made using our home-grown, RSPCA Assured Pork. 
We hang our hams for a minimum of 18 months to produce our beautifully cured, succulent, Arden Air Dried Ham. We also cure Chorizo, Salami, Coppa, Lomo & other charcuterie treats!
Our small herd of grass fed pedigree Hereford cattle provide us with our beef whilst lamb, poultry & seasonal game are sourced from local English farms.
We have our very own kitchen garden, where we grow our herbs, fruits, vegetables & other salad items.
We harvest these daily as the different crops allow & use all of this produce in our dishes.
Additional fruits & vegetables are locally grown & sourced from independent farmers.
In 2020 we built an artisan bakery in our farm shop to provide us with freshly baked breads, pastries, cakes & more every single day. 
We source all of our eggs from a local family business, supplying us with only the freshest free-range eggs.
Our fish is always fresh, not frozen, & is sustainably sourced from the Grimsby day boats (as the sea can't be local to the historic centre of England after all!)
