Preparing And Sharing Local Food...

All of our dishes celebrate locally sourced ingredients.
Our pork dishes are lovingly made using our home-grown, RSPCA Assured Freedom Food Pork.
We hang our hams for a minimum of 18 months to produce our beautifully cured, succulent, Arden Air Dried Ham.
Our beef, game, poultry & lamb are sourced from local English farms.
Our fish is always fresh, not frozen, & is sustainably sourced from the Grimsby day boats.
We have recently crafted The Barn’s very own kitchen garden, where we grow our herbs, fruits, vegetables & other salad items.
We harvest these daily as the different crops allow & use all of this produce in our dishes.
Additional fruits & vegetables are locally grown & sourced from independent farmers.
A large proportion of our bread including all sourdough & focaccia is sourced from Proof Bakery in Coventry, an independent bakery that employs refugees & trains them as bakers.
We source all our eggs from a local family business, supplying us with only the freshest free-range eggs.
