OUR RESTAURANT & FARM SHOP
All of our dishes celebrate handmade, home-reared, home-grown and locally sourced ingredients.
We have our very own 2-acre Kitchen Garden and 1,800 sqft polytunnel, where we grow our herbs, fruits, vegetables and salad items.
As the seasons allow, we harvest these daily as the different crops allow & use all of this produce in our dishes across our A La Carte restaurant, bakery and cafe.
Additional fruits & vegetables are locally grown & sourced from independent farmers.
We grow everything from multiple varieties of herbs and edible flowers, little gem lettuce, strawberries, tomatoes, runner beans, garlic, chillies and every root vegetable imaginable. Some also end up garnishing our cocktails and topping our desserts!
