Our brand new menus celebrate all things spring, with marinated asparagus, rainbow chard, and hibiscus poached rhubarb all in season and featured on our lunch, dinner, and dessert menus.
The restaurant, known for its self-sufficiency, is again focusing on home-reared, homegrown and handmade ingredients to ensure seasonality and freshness are guaranteed.
Sourcing ingredients directly from our own farm, including heritage tomatoes from our Kitchen Garden, pork from our home-reared herd of Suffolk Red pigs and garlic focaccia from our artisan bakery, enables us to control quality, food miles, and freshness. As a result, our dishes set us apart from the competition and help us maintain our 'best restaurant' awards and 2 AA Rosettes.
